The Massimo family opens their palace to visitors each March 16th in honor of a miracle that occurred there. The famous curved façade adapting to the street which we pass by many times a week finally opened its doors to us. On that rainy morning, I passed through room after room filled with rarely-seen paintings, sculptures and furnishings that were museum worthy. No photos were allowed to be taken...I couldn't resist.
